Industrial Concrete Cutting
Cut through slabs, walls, foundations, or tanks with high precision and speed – indoors or out. We offer the following:

Wire Sawing
When concrete conventional cutting tools won’t cut it—literally—we deploy wire sawing for concrete removal. Wire sawing is used for for complex and confined cuts or large concrete structures,
- Large foundation removal
- Confined areas or tight-access areas
- Underwater or high-vibration environments
Ideal for power plants, bridge supports, tank removals, machinery pads, or hard-to-access cuts
Robotic Demolition & Decommissioning
We support general contractors and facility managers with full-service sawing and removal for obsolete machinery, utilities, and foundations.

Equipment List
Hayden Wrecking has 480 volt power trucks for use with our equipment. Our extensive equipment list gives us substantial capabilities, such as:
Wall Sawing: (480 volt HI-Cycle wall saw): Cutting up to 28” thick concrete walls, floors, etc.
Flat Sawing: (65 HP diesel): Cutting up to 17” deep pavement.
Core Drilling: (110 volt, 480 volt and Hydraulic drills): Drilling up to 66” diameter holes.
Hand Sawing: (480 volt HI-cycle ring saw, electric over hydraulic ring saw and chain saw): Cutting for up to 10” thick walls on smaller openings.
Electric Flat Sawing: (480 volt/40HP walk behind saw): Cutting for up to 12” thick concrete floor slab. We also have a 480 volt (7 HP) saw for cutting up to 6” thick concrete in tight spaces.
Wire Sawing: (480 volt HI-Cycle wire saw): For all cutting where conventional methods of concrete cutting prove to be problematic.
Robotic Electric Demolition: Hayden possesses multiple sizes of Robotic Excavators (480-volt powered) ideal for many unique situations, such as excavating trenches in an interior application. Excavates to a depth of 6’ and can also be fitted with a breaker where necessary. Fits through a standard man door but has a 3,000 lb lifting capacity.
